Our client is a global multinational company that provides B2B technology solutions aimed at helping businesses enhance their competitiveness through digital transformation.
Role
 
Reporting to the CEO of the Italian subsidiary, the CFO will coordinate a large team and have the following responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO in defining the company's multi-year strategic plan and manage its rollout across the organization.
  • Guide strategic decisions and monitor business performance against established objectives, providing insights to support various business units and sales channels.
  • Develop strategies to assist financial and operational decision-making for sales channels, aiming to minimize credit risk for the company.
  • Oversee accounting, administrative, and tax management activities.
  • Ensure timely preparation of periodic and annual financial statements according to local GAAP, as well as manage
  • European reporting requirements and consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards set by the parent company.
  • Define treasury management strategies and oversee cash flow planning.
  • Coordinate and support the leadership team in defining project guidelines and developing effective partnerships across different functions.
  • Coordinate tax compliance and advisory services for Italy.
  • Foster team growth and development by identifying and nurturing high-potential talent within the team.
Key Qualifications
 
  • Degree in Economics
  • Prior experience as a Finance Manager/CFO within structured multinational companies, preferably in a sales company.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP accounting principles.
  • Experience in developing complex, multi-variable financial models.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to embrace change and innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and develop team members.
  • Fluent in English.
