Our Client is an international provider and system supplier of components and assemblies for the industrial sector.
Role
 
Main tasks:
  • Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Italian site including Production and Supply Chain;
  • Responsible for managing, motivating, and further developing employees within the plant, fostering an open, innovative, and performance-oriented corporate culture;
  • Lead projects for the introduction of new products and technologies, ensuring continuous improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and quality, including in the Supply Chain field;
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of materials;
  • Prepare and monitor the Plant’s budget, regularly analyzing key figures and taking actions to achieve financial targets.
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in the field of Engineering, with additional qualifications in business administration;
  • Experience in a managerial position in an industrial setting, ideally in components for the industrial sector or related fields;
  • Experience in mass production, project management, and process optimization;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English.
