Role
 
The International HR Director will be responsible for overseeing the definition and deployment of HR strategies at Group level, covering the industrial, corporate, and business populations. The role involves managing all key HR levers and promoting a consistent, integrated approach aimed at strengthening organizational alignment, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability.
 
  • Define and lead the international HR strategy in alignment with industrial goals and the specific dynamics of each country.
  • Steer the integrated management of key HR levers — including labor relations and workforce planning — to support a balanced and sustainable organizational development.
  • Coordinate strategic projects aimed at enhancing organizational and operational efficiency, in close collaboration with the Operations function.
  • Ensure effective monitoring and optimization of HR-related costs through cross-country analysis, benchmarking, and governance tools.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits policies, regulatory compliance, and the continuous development of people management systems.
  • Partner with General Management and senior leadership in shaping and supporting organizational evolution.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Law, Economics, or Humanities; a Master’s in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
  • At least 15 years of HR experience with international responsibilities, gained in complex, multinational industrial environments.
  • Solid understanding of labor regulations, compliance matters, and employee relations, applied within a broader HR management context.
  • Experience collaborating with social partners and supporting resolution of labor-related challenges in diverse environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in structured industrial settings, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
  • Skilled in fostering positive workforce relations and promoting a shared corporate culture internationally, while respecting local specificities.
  • Fluency in English represents a mandatory skill
